Shiny and New

Time to Fly - First Steps
Time to Fly - First Steps

If you haven’t noticed (which, I’m not sure how you couldn’t if you’ve been here before), my website design has been updated with a new layout, improved portfolio browsing, the addition of Side Projects and a shiny new template on this here blog. The transformation has been an ongoing project for quite some time, often pushed to the side in favor of paying projects and the obligations of every day life.

Many thanks to my website hosts, wordpress gurus and friends Brianna and Josh, aka Utopian.net. This hubby/wife team also built IllustrationFriday.com, where I contribute blog entries on occasion, and the portfolio site for my friend (and i-friday founder) Penelope Dullaghan.

What’s that you say? Now that I’m settled here on the internet, why don’t I just go ahead, pick up and move my physical life again? Alright, fine. In October I’ll be migrating from Colorado back to my rookery of origin in the Philadelphia area. At first bittersweet, this move has become something of an exciting adventure at this point. I can not wait to get out on the road, get on with it already.

Another chapter ends, a new one begins. My hope is that this new one will be something less of a cliffhanger than the rest. My wings are gettin’ tired.
